Fast Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

  • All UK orders are fulfilled from our warehouses across the United Kingdom. Once your order is verified, processing and dispatch typically take 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday). During peak periods such as holidays or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • After dispatch, standard UK delivery takes approximately 7–10 business days. Delivery times may vary during holidays or limited-edition releases.
  • For all domestic UK orders, we offer Standard Shipping (7–10 business days). To ensure reliable delivery, we ship with trusted carriers including DHL, USPS, and UPS.
  • An estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped on UK business days only.
  • Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (usually within 1–3 business days), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Worldwide (International) Shipping

  • For customers outside the United Kingdom, we offer UPS International Shipping, with rates calculated in real time at checkout. All international orders are shipped via UPS.
  • Standard International Delivery: approximately 10–15 business days, depending on your destination.
  • Once your tracking number becomes available, you will receive an email notification so you can track your order.
  • Please be aware that import duties, customs fees, or taxes may apply depending on your country. The customer must bear all applicable customs duties, taxes, and costs.
  • Essentials Clothing Store is not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs clearance, natural events, or air and ground transportation disruptions, nor for any additional fees incurred after the package leaves the United Kingdom.

Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery.In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Essentials Clothing Store is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages.

If tracking information confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen items.
