Refund & Return Policy


UK Returns

  • Essential Clothing Store  accepts returns for most items purchased by UK customers within 7 days of the delivery date
  • If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
  • A £15 restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for all approved returns.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned unused, unworn and in its original condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • To request a return, please email info@bagoutlethub.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return label.
  • Once your return is shipped, please allow 1–2 weeks for it to arrive at our warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

After your return is received, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection and processing. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds may take 10–15 business days to be credited to your original payment method.

International Returns

We accept returns on international orders; however, all return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate an international return, please get in touch with info@bagoutlethub.com If approved, an unpaid return label will be issued.

Exchanges (UK Only)

We offer UK-only exchanges for size changes on the same product style. If you wish to purchase a different style, a new order must be placed.No restocking fee applies to exchanges.Return shipping fees are waived for approved UK exchanges.

International Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are not available for international orders.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

After receiving confirmation of your refund, please allow 2–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund after this period, please get in touch with your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us for further assistance

Missing Items

Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery. Items may be packaged separately or shipped in multiple parcels, each with its own tracking number.If you believe an item is missing after thoroughly checking the package and packing materials, please get in touch with info@bagoutlethub.com

Lost or Stolen Packages

Essentials Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Lost or stolen packages are non-refundable.

If you experience an issue, please get in touch with our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Order Cancellation or Changes

Orders placed on weekdays are processed quickly and cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted. This includes changes to the delivery address, shipping method, or payment details.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays may be eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed
